Winter Solstice is coming soon at 5:30AM on December 22, 2011. From that moment forward, the Sun will be out for longer each day in the Northern Hemisphere. For many years now I have started my day off with a gratutied journal. It's a simple but peaceful process. I get my coffee, sit in a chair, light a candle and open my journal for a new day.
