Energy creates form, energy creates movement, and there we have life. Life is form and movement, in all its diverse colors, shapes, sizes, sounds, and dance steps. Simple and complex. Beautiful, if not pain free. Next time you are doing something "active" thank your myosin and actin, your ATP, and thank them for jitterbugging. Thank the universe for the simple and the complex, for the dance.
